Ken Richards started his own insurance agency in 1994 selling life, health, and investments. In 2005, the Brokers Insurance Agency added property and casualty insurance in order to offer our clients more complete layers of protection for both insurance and financial services. Ken's extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry allows us to build long-lasting relationships with our clients in the community.
Most recently in May 2021, we purchased Brokers Agency and along with this came our name changing to Brokers Insurance Agency. Brokers Agency provided property and casualty insurance in Nebraska for over 4 decades and became close friends with the Brokers Insurance Agency within the last few years. We look forward to this opportunity and continuing to provide quality service to our valued clients.

Cari began selling property and casualty insurance in 2010, making her knowledge and experience a tremendous asset to her colleagues and clients. The Agency's service and production system is timely and efficient due to Cari's attention to detail and the professional standards she holds for each member of the Agency. Cari's work ethic is unparalleled in the insurance industry and she will make sure each client she works with has the proper coverage at the most competitive price to help her clients meet their needs.

Nicole Bartzatt specializes in personal insurance, including home, auto, and life insurance. Nicole began working for the Agency in August 2018 and has become our model for customer service. Her positive attitude and work ethic are second to none. Nicole keeps our clients well informed about the types of coverage offered, as well as, ongoing updates within the industry. Nicole specializes in helping our clients with their renewals and making sure there are no gaps in coverage.

Mickena Richards joined our team in June 2022 and is licensed in property and casualty. Mickena enjoys building a personal connection with her clients and educating her clients on the coverage that best meets their needs. Mickena is also attending Nebraska Wesleyan University as a full-time student and will graduate with two degrees in December 2023.
